B2B marketing that generates better enquiries and drives growth

Most growing businesses are already doing some marketing. The real question is whether that is helping to create the enquiries, customers and growth the business is capable of.

If the answer is “not quite”, that is where I come in.

My Approach

Enquiries that don't convert. Messaging that doesn't quite land. Sales and marketing pulling in different directions.

Often, these are not separate problems. They are normally connected.

That's why I don't jump straight into tactics. I start by understanding how your business works, how your customers buy and what influencers their decisions.

Good marketing starts with finding out what is really holding things back.

Modern office with a white round desk, a laptop, a container of colored pens, and a white ergonomic chair. Behind a wooden partition, there is a conference area with a round table and black chairs. The office has wooden ceiling panels, framed artwork on the walls, and large windows with sheer curtains, allowing natural light to fill the space.

Where I Can Help

I work across the areas that usually have the biggest impact on B2B marketing performance, from strategy and messaging through to lead generation, website conversion and sales alignment

1: Commercial marketing strategy

Clear priorities, practical planning and focused activity linked to your wider business goals.

2: Messaging and positioning

Making sure your offer is clear, relevant and built around what your customers actually care about.

3: Website and conversion

Reviewing your website, user journey and copy so more visitors understand what you do and take action

4: Lead generation

Planning activity that attracts the right people, nurtures interest and helps turn enquiries into opportunities.

5: Content and social media

Creating useful, relevant content that builds trust and keeps your business visible

6: SEO and Paid Search direction

Using search data and campaign performance to identify opportunities and reduce wasted spend

Who I Work With

I work best with ambitious B2B businesses who know they are capable of more.

They're already doing some marketing. They may be generating enquiries. But something isn't quite clicking.

They're not looking for someone to simply “do more marketing”. They're looking for someone to understand what's holding things back, challenge their thinking and help them make better marketing decisions.

If that sounds familiar, we'll work well together.

Client Results

This is what it looks like when strategy, messaging, channels and customer understanding work together.

“Gill is an absolute delight to work with. She is highly professional, fun, creative and will always go the extra mile to ensure delivery is on point. She really understands what it takes to engage audiences effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.”

A Bit About Me

I'm Gill Marcucci (that's Mar-coo-chi).

Before launching Marcucci Marketing & PR, I spent over 20 years in senior marketing roles with brands including Orange, EE, Virgin Media Business and Bupa, leading campaigns with six-figure budgets before choosing to bring that experience to growing businesses.

I'm naturally curious and ask a lot of questions. Not to overcomplicate things, but because good marketing starts with genuinely understanding your customers and what drives their decisions.

You'll always get honest advice. If I don't think something is worth doing, I'll say so. If there's a better opportunity elsewhere, I'll explain why. My job isn't to create more marketing for the sake of it. It's to help your business grow.

Outside work you'll usually find me ferrying my two children to various sporting activities across the Northwest. My daughter has inherited my love of netball, so weekends often revolve around a court somewhere, usually with a coffee in hand.
